When we decided to open Pizza by the Sea, our goal was to make the best pizza in the area. We wanted to create a pie that was so good, you couldn’t wait to get back and have another. Months of testing various ingredients and processes were spent to perfect our pizza. Only the finest selection of tomatoes, herbs and spices go in to our sauce, and the Mozzarella we have chosen is quite simply the best available. We cook our fresh dough directly on the hot stone surface of the oven instead of taking shortcuts like the other guys just to make a “quick” pizza. We are proud of our product and we hope you notice the difference.
